Satrep (Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development Program) is one of the various forms of cooperation between Indonesia Government and Japan to Strengthen the volcano monitoring system with the addition equipment for seismic, deformation, and volcanic ash detection. There's six volcanoes under SATREP Project; Sinabung (North SUmatera), Guntur and Galunggung (West Java), Merapi (Jogyakarta), Semeru and Kelud (East Java).
