Bandung – The Center for Mineral, Coal, and Geothermal Resources (PSDMBP), Geological Agency, has called upon all personnel to sign an Integrity Commitment as part of a broader initiative to strengthen bureaucratic reform. The ceremony took place at the PSDMBP Office, on Monday, January 26th, 2026.

The signing serves as a critical step in bolstering the reform agenda and supporting the development of an Integrity Zone (ZI). This initiative aims to etstablish the PSDMBP as a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM) by 2026.

Agung Pribadi, the Head of PSDMBP, stated that the development of the ZI is an integral component of the bureaucratic reform mandate. He described the ZI as a systematic effort to build a modern, accountable, and professional work unit, underpinned by the integrity of the apparatus and the commitment of leadership.

"Through today’s momentum, I hope to foster a collective awareness among all PSDMBP personnel that integrity is the primary foundation of effective governance,” Agung said.

The signing reinforces the commitment of PSDMBP personnel to perform their duties in accordance with statutory regulations and to avoid practices involving corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN).

The event involved the entire PSDMBP workteam, totaling 213 personnel. This figure includes 128 Civil Servants (PNS), 56 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), and 29 Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS). All leaders, officials, and staff members are required to implement this commitment in their daily operations.

“I hope that today's signing of the ZI Commitment serves as a firm initial step in realizing PSDMBP as a clean, professional, and service-oriented work unit,” Agung added.

For information, PSDMBP is an Echelon II unit under the Geological Agency responsible for conducting investigations, providing services, and engineering in the fields of mineral, coal, and geothermal resources. Its operations are governed by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Regulation No. 12 of 2025 regarding the Organization and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Bandung – Pusat Sumber Daya Mineral Batubara dan Panas Bumi (PSDMBP), Badan Geologi, mengajak seluruh pegawai untuk menandatangani Komitmen Integritas sebagai bagian dari upaya memperkuat reformasi birokrasi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Kantor PSDMBP, Senin (26/01).

Penandatanganan tersebut merupakan bagian dari upaya memperkuat Reformasi Birokrasi dan mendukung pembangunan Zona Integritas (ZI) menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) serta Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM) di lingkungan PSDMBP pada tahun 2026.

Kepala PSDMBP Agung Pribadi mengatakan bahwa pembangunan ZI merupakan bagian integral dari agenda reformasi birokrasi. Menurutnya, ZI adalah upaya sistematis membangun unit kerja yang modern, akuntabel, dan profesional, didukung integritas aparatur serta komitmen pimpinan.

“Melalui momentum hari ini, saya berharap terbangun kesadaran kolektif di seluruh pegawai PSDMBP bahwa integritas merupakan fondasi utama tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif,” ujarnya.

Penandatanganan ini menegaskan komitmen pegawai PSDMBP untuk melaksanakan tugas sesuai peraturan serta menjauhi praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN).

Kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai PSDMBP yang berjumlah 213 orang, terdiri dari 128 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), 56 Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), dan 29 Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS). Seluruh pimpinan, pejabat, dan pegawai diwajibkan untuk menjalankan komitmen ini secara nyata.

“Semoga penandatanganan Komitmen ZI hari ini menjadi langkah awal yang kokoh dalam mewujudkan PSDMBP sebagai unit kerja yang bersih, profesional, dan melayani,” tegas Agung.

Sebagai informasi, PSDMBP merupakan unit eselon II di bawah Badan Geologi yang bertugas melaksanakan penyelidikan, pelayanan, dan perekayasaan di bidang sumber daya mineral, batubara, dan panas bumi sesuai Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 12 Tahun 2025 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral.
